Zoe Edmonds

With over 25 years of experience in the mental health and well-being field, I am dedicated to helping people gain deeper self-understanding and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I began my career as an Occupational Therapist in Mental Health, supporting individuals across diverse settings to manage mental health conditions; achieve balance and emotional resilience; and develop greater personal fulfillment. Over time, I have continued to expand my skills and expertise through extensive training in psychological therapies, including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT and Mindfulness approaches.

At the heart of my practice is warmth and empathy alongside therapeutic skills. I believe that real change begins in a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
