Zoe Edmonds

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health and well-being sector, I am passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful and positive change in their lives.

I originally trained as an Occupational Therapist in Mental Health, working across a range of settings to support individuals in finding balance, mental and emotional health, and fulfillment.

Over the years, I have continued to develop my practice through training in various psychological therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This approach has become one of the key parts of my work, helping clients process distressing experiences, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward healing.

My work is grounded in warmth, empathy, and collaboration.
